Georgia jams founder Lori Bean is a classically trained pastry chef who graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute in 2008. After making her way back to Georgia after pastry school, Bean began dabbling in preserves with the help of her great-grandmother’s old tools. A few failed batches later, the pastry chef perfected her craft, eventually launching a line of delicious, low-sugar fruit spreads that breathe new life into traditional Southern jams.
