Having grown up in Fort Valley, GA, Stephen Rose knows a thing or two about peaches. Shortly after moving to Nashville, TN, Rose became acutely aware that no one in the area was selling the fresh, juicy peaches he had grown up with. Soon after, he and and his wife set out on an adventure-turned-business venture: touring around in a ‘64 Jeep truck, selling Georgia’s finest fresh-picked peaches.
The Peach Truck’s Bourbon Peach Jam is freshly made in the summer months with Georgia Peaches grown at Pearson Farm. With a slight hint of bourbon and notes of butter and sweet brown sugar, the jam spreads well on toast or stands alone on a charcuterie board.
