Fans of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit can now make the brand’s iconic buttermilk biscuits with a gluten-free mix. 

NOTE: If you have celiac disease or are very sensitive to gluten, Callie’s would strongly advise against the consumption of this product. The biscuits are produced with gluten-free flour, however, the Callie’s bakery is NOT certified gluten-free and still handles wheat products.

Ingredients: gluten-free flour (cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthin gum), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate) and kosher salt. Contains milk.
