Burls & Steel is a small local business by husband and wife duo Ben and Sydney. Ben creates the knives while Sydney oversees marketing and photography. Together they have created a wide variety of knives suited for hunters, avid cooks, outdoorsmen, and everyone in between, each custom-made with old world techniques and modern flair. Due to the nature of high carbon steel, knives will patina or rust if not maintained correctly.
