A finalist in the 2015 Made in the South Awards, Memphis, Tennessee-based confectionery Shotwell Candy Co. is known for their modern take on nostalgic Southern treats.

These buttery soft caramels come in a variety of flavors, but our favorite is the Original Salted, an infusion of Kentucky bourbon, pure vanilla extract, and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt.
