A 2014 winner of the Made in the South Awards, Olive & Sinclair creates handcrafted artisan caramels and confections in a historical factory building in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee.

The Smoked Nib Brittle is made using O&S cacao beans, “nibs” that have been smoked in Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle it's then finished with a layer of our fudgy 67% chocolate.
