Smoked Onion Jam



Butcher & Bee opened their first location in Charleston in 2011 with a simple mission to serve sandwiches made with flavor combinations and food quality usually reserved for fine dining. The restaurant's smoked onion jam appeared on the menu at the Middle Eastern–influenced restaurant for more than a decade and, in 2022, was a runner-up for the Made in the South Awards. The product pairs well with cheeses, sandwiches, and as a glaze for roasted vegetables.
