Virginia Wheat Campanelle by Scratch Pasta Co.
After attending pasta school in Chiavari, Italy, Chef Stephanie Fees was inspired to bring what she learned home to Lynchburg, Virginia. She soon started Scratch Pasta Company, using simple, locally-sourced ingredients to create an array of delicious, authentic pastas.
A 2019 Made in the South Awards finalist, Scratch Pasta Company’s Virginia Wheat Campanelle is made from American Semolina flour and Nu East flour, and is gown, harvested, and milled in central Virginia. The pasta has a delicate wheat flavor that pairs well with a hearty sauce.
