SHIPPING
We process orders from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
For UPS 2nd Day Air, orders are fulfilled until 2:00 PM ET. If you order outside of business hours, we will ship the order the next business day.
Some items are drop shipped directly from the maker or manufacturer. While you'll receive tracking info from us, the package will come straight from the maker. Please expect a wait time of up to 7 business days for your item to ship. Drop ship information can be viewed in the 'shipping' section of the product description when applicable.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or drop ship. Drop ship items are specified under the "shipping" section of each product description. To inquire about returning a drop-ship item, please contact us. The decision to permit a return will be at the discretion of the original vendor.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
