Craftsmanship & Care

Our tiles are deeply engraved — not surface printed — and individually hand-painted, giving them exceptional durability and dimension. These are not disposable game pieces; they’re designed to last through countless game nights.

Care Instructions:
Because our tiles are hand-painted, please do not soak them in water or use soap. To clean, gently wipe with a lightly damp, soft cloth.

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges even if manufacturing delays occur.

The Beauty of Handcrafted Artistry
Every BAM! Let’s Mahjong® tile is precision engraved and hand-painted using custom hand-mixed paints. As with any handcrafted work of art, slight variations in color and hand-painted details are to be expected. These natural variations are not imperfections—they are a testament to the craftsmanship that makes each BAM! Let’s Mahjong® set beautifully unique.
