• Our Espresso Elixir is the result of a collaborative effort that combines our cocktail partner, Bittermilk, with our coffee partner, Good Folks Coffee. Bittermilk, based in Charleston, S.C., is a small husband and wife team who desired to “simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home,” delivering “a line of cocktail mixers made by bartenders for cocktail enthusiasts” that are “crafted with real ingredients and bottled by humans.” The rich flavor of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee comes from our neighbors in Louisville, Good Folks Coffee.   For an Espresso Martini, use a 1:1 ratio; for an Old Fashioned, consider a 1:4 ratio for the right balance of sweetness. Vigorously shake with ice, strain, and serve.
