Carbon Steel Oval Roaster

Inspired by American blacksmithing of the eighteen and nineteenth centuries, Smithey’s carbon steel Farmhouse Oval Roaster is designed in collaboration with Charleston artisan Robert Thomas. Hand-forged in a limited quantity, each oval roaster is visually unique while sharing fundamental elements such as hand-hammered handles and a beautiful, pre-seasoned interior finish. With a lighter weight than a traditional cast iron, the roaster is both functional and striking, perfect for roast chicken, vegetables, fish, and more.
