Ostrich and Guinea Silk Scarf

The motif of this design comes from the Ostrich and Crested Guinea Fowls with Thapsia Garnica, portrayed on the scarf represent protection and renewal in local cultures in South Africa.

This scarf is based on a breath-taking commissioned painting of African wildlife and plants by southern artist, Emily Hobbs Nelson.  100% silk twill, hand-rolled edges, double-sided print with rich, saturated colors.  Soft but with a bit of structure.
